Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound skirt steak
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Step 1 – Slice the skirt steak against the grain into manageable portions for even cooking.
  • Step 2 – In a bowl, mix olive oil, lime juice, Worcestershire sauce, soy sauce, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, and garlic powder. Place the steak in the marinade and let it soak for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge.
  • Step 3 – Set your air fryer to 400°F and let it preheat for a few minutes.
  • Step 4 – Place the marinated steak in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overlapping. Cook for 6-7 minutes for rare, 7-8 minutes for medium-rare, 9-10 minutes for medium, and 10+ minutes for well-done. Flip halfway through the cooking time.
  • Step 5 – After cooking, remove the steak from the air fryer and let it rest for 5 minutes to allow the juices to redistribute.
  • Step 6 – Slice the steak and serve with your choice of sides.
