  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Chimichurri Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh oregano, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  • Step 1 – Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Season the skirt steak with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
