  • 2 tablespoons kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 sprigs fresh rosemary

Instructions

  • Step 1 – Preheat your oven to 250°F and place a wire rack on a baking sheet.
  • Step 2 – Season the filet mignon generously with kosher salt and black pepper on all sides.
